01｜チケット金額のご案内（Ticket Price Information）

• チケット1枚は 1対1ファンミーティング1分 に相当する金額です。
• 1回の購入につき 最大15枚まで 購入可能です。
• 購入回数に 制限はありません。
• チケット価格には システム利用料330円 が含まれています。
• 発券手数料込みの1枚あたりの最終金額 です。

• ※注文番号を分けて複数回購入された場合は、合計購入分数をまとめて1回で進行いたします。

02｜返金ポリシー（Refund Policy）

• アーティスト側の 一方的なキャンセルの場合のみ返金対象 となります。
• お客様都合による返金は 不可 となります。
• お客様の 通信環境・端末環境による映像不良・接続不良は返金対象外 です。

• ※決済完了後のキャンセル・変更・譲渡はできません。

03｜イベント内容（Event Highlights）

• スマホ配信ではなく、1920×1080 / 30fps の高画質映像 をリアルタイムで配信します。
• 会場には 最大5台のNetflix公式認証シネマ級カメラ を設置します。
• 接続環境や端末の仕様により、配信解像度は 自動的に調整 される場合があります。
• 必要に応じて 複数カメラアングルの切替え を行います。

• 本イベントは 1:1リアルタイム形式 にて進行され、進行順は 決済完了順 に基づきます。

04｜録画に関して（Recording Policy）

• 本イベントの1対1ファンミーティングは 録画可能 です。
• ファンミーティング中の 録画・スクリーンショット保存は自由 です。

• ただし、録画データ・画像・音声の 外部公開・SNS掲載・営利目的での使用は禁止 されており、肖像権・著作権等の法令に基づき 法的責任が発生する場合があります。

05｜参加方法（How to Join）

• ご購入時に メールアドレスを必ず入力 してください。（順番案内・接続リンク送付用）
• 事前にスマートフォンへ ZOOMアプリをインストール してください。
• 安定したWi-Fi環境 でのご参加を推奨します。
• 時間は 自動カウント され、終了後は 自動退出 となります。

• 通訳サービスはございません。
• 本イベントは 先着順販売 のため、早期終了となる場合があります。
• 進行は 開始時間基準、決済完了順 にて行われます。
• 参加順（待機順）は 事前にご案内 いたします。

06｜ビデオ特典会について（Video Benefit Event）

• 本ビデオ特典会は ZOOMを使用した1:1ビデオ通話 にて実施されます。
• 事前に ZOOMアプリのインストールおよびビデオ通話が可能な環境の準備 をお願いいたします。
• ZOOM IDは必ず 公開されたご本人の順番＋英字名 で設定してください。（例：1.RIKA）

• ビデオ通話の際はイヤホンの着用を推奨いたします。
• イヤホンをご使用いただくことで、アーティストにより良い音質で音声が伝わります。
• 屋外や周囲に雑音がある環境では、自動ノイズフィルターが作動し、会話が途切れる場合がありますのでご注意ください。

• 開始時間は 当日の進行状況により前後する場合 がございます。
• 個別の時間指定はできません。

• ご提供いただいた 個人情報はビデオ特典会の進行目的のみに使用 し、イベント終了後は速やかに破棄いたします。

• ビデオ特典会は ご購入者ご本人のみ参加可能 です。
• 通話中に 本人以外の第三者が映り込んだ場合、即時強制終了 となります。

• アーティストへの 過度な要求や進行を妨げる行為は禁止 しております。
• 不正行為が確認された場合、通話は強制終了となり、今後のイベントへの永続的な参加制限 が行われる場合があります。

• 初回の招待後に接続が確認できない場合、再接続の案内を1回行います。
• 招待後 2分以上応答がない場合、特典会は自動終了 となります。

• 通話中に ネットワークエラー等により切断された場合 は再接続を行いますが、2回以上応答がない場合は自動終了 となります。

• 進行の妨げとなる行為や不正行為と判断された場合は、スタッフの判断により通話途中でも中断・終了 されることがあります。

• ビデオ特典会の進行順は 決済完了日時順 にて行われます。

01｜Ticket Price Information

• One ticket corresponds to 1 minute of a 1:1 fan meeting.
• Up to 15 tickets can be purchased per order.
• There is no limit on the number of purchases.
• The ticket price includes a system usage fee of 330 JPY.
• This is the final price per ticket, including the issuance fee.

• If tickets are purchased multiple times under separate order numbers, the total purchased minutes will be combined and conducted in one session.

02｜Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only in the event of a unilateral cancellation by the artist.
• Refunds due to customer circumstances are not permitted.
• Video or connection issues caused by the customer’s network or device environment are not eligible for refunds.

• Cancellations, changes, or transfers are not permitted after payment is completed.

03｜Event Highlights

• This event will be streamed live in high-quality 1920×1080 / 30fps video, not via smartphone broadcasting.
• Up to five Netflix-certified cinema-grade cameras will be installed at the venue.
• Streaming resolution may be adjusted automatically depending on the connection or device specifications.
• Multiple camera angles may be switched as necessary.

• This event will be conducted in a real-time 1:1 format, and sessions will proceed based on the order of completed payments.

04｜Recording Policy

• Recording is permitted for this 1:1 fan meeting.
• Recording and saving screenshots during the session are allowed.

• However, external distribution, posting on SNS, or commercial use of recorded data, images, or audio is prohibited, and may result in legal liability under applicable portrait and copyright laws.

05｜How to Join

• Please be sure to enter your email address at the time of purchase. (For session order notifications and access link delivery)
• Please install the ZOOM application on your smartphone in advance.
• Participation via a stable Wi-Fi environment is recommended.
• Time will be counted automatically, and you will be automatically disconnected once your session ends.

• No interpretation service is provided.
• This event is sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may end early.
• Sessions will proceed based on the start time and order of completed payments.
• The participation order (waiting order) will be announced in advance.

06｜Video Benefit Event

• This video benefit event will be conducted via 1:1 video calls using ZOOM.
• Please ensure that the ZOOM app is installed and that your environment supports video calls in advance.
• Your ZOOM ID must be set as the announced personal order number + English name. (e.g., 1.RIKA)

• When participating in the video call, wearing earphones is recommended.
• Using earphones allows clearer audio to be delivered to the artist.
• In outdoor or noisy environments, automatic noise filtering may be activated, which can cause interruptions during the conversation.

• The start time may vary depending on the event progress.
• Individual time requests are not available.

• Personal information provided will be used solely for the operation of the video benefit event and will be promptly deleted after the event concludes.

• Only the purchasing participant may take part in the video benefit event.
• If any third party appears during the call, the session will be terminated immediately.

• Excessive demands toward the artist or actions that interfere with event operations are prohibited.
• If any fraudulent behavior is confirmed, the call will be terminated and permanent disqualification from future events may be enforced.

• If connection is not established after the initial invitation, one reconnection attempt will be made.
• If there is no response within 2 minutes after the invitation, the session will automatically end.

• If the call is disconnected due to network issues, reconnection will be attempted; however, if there is no response two times or more, the session will automatically end.

• If staff determines that any behavior interferes with the event or constitutes misconduct, the call may be interrupted or terminated at their discretion.

• The order of the video benefit event will be based on the payment completion date and time.

02｜환불 정책

• 아티스트 측의 일방적인 취소가 발생한 경우에만 환불이 가능합니다.
• 고객 사유로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.
• 고객의 통신 환경 또는 기기 환경으로 인한 영상 및 접속 문제는 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

• 결제 완료 후 취소, 변경, 양도는 불가능합니다.

• 본 이벤트는 스마트폰 송출이 아닌, 1920×1080 / 30fps 고화질 영상으로 실시간 진행됩니다.
• 현장에는 넷플릭스 공식 인증 시네마급 카메라 최대 5대가 설치됩니다.
• 접속 환경 및 기기 사양에 따라 송출 해상도는 자동으로 조정될 수 있습니다.

04｜녹화 관련 안내

• 본 1:1 팬미팅은 녹화가 가능합니다.
• 진행 중 녹화 및 스크린샷 저장이 허용됩니다.

• 다만, 녹화된 영상·이미지·음성을 외부에 공개하거나 SNS에 게시하거나 영리 목적으로 사용하는 행위는 금지되며, 초상권 및 저작권 관련 법령에 따라 법적 책임이 발생할 수 있습니다.

05｜참여 방법

• 구매 시 이메일 주소를 반드시 입력해 주세요. (참여 순서 안내 및 접속 링크 발송용)
• 사전에 스마트폰에 ZOOM 앱을 설치해 주세요.

• ZOOM ID는 반드시 공지된 본인순서 + 영문 이름으로 설정해 주시기 바랍니다. (ex. 1.RIKA)

• 영상 통화 진행 시 이어폰 착용을 권장드립니다.
• 이어폰을 착용하실 경우 아티스트에게 보다 선명한 음질로 전달됩니다.
• 야외 또는 주변 소음이 있는 환경에서는 자동 노이즈 필터가 작동하여 대화가 끊길 수 있으므로 주의 부탁드립니다.

• 시작 시간은 당일 진행 상황에 따라 다소 변동될 수 있으며, 개별 시간 지정은 불가능합니다.

• 제공해 주신 개인정보는 비디오 특전회 진행 목적에만 사용되며, 행사 종료 후 즉시 파기됩니다.

• 비디오 특전회는 구매자 본인만 참여할 수 있습니다.
• 통화 중 본인 외 제3자가 등장할 경우 즉시 강제 종료됩니다.

• 아티스트에게 과도한 요구를 하거나 진행을 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
• 부정 행위가 확인될 경우 통화는 즉시 종료되며, 향후 이벤트에 대한 영구 참여 제한이 적용될 수 있습니다.

• 초기 초대 후 접속이 되지 않을 경우 재접속 안내는 1회만 진행됩니다.
