02チケット金額のご案内（Ticket Price Information）

• チケット1枚は 1:1ファンミーティング60秒 に相当します。
• 1回の購入につき 最大10枚まで 購入可能です。（重複購入可）
• チケット価格：4,000円（1枚）（全世界クレジットカード決済対応）
• ※サイト利用手数料 330円 別途発生
• チケット数量：メンバー別 各30枚限定

03返金ポリシー（Refund Policy）

• アーティスト側の一方的なキャンセルの場合のみ返金対象となります。
• お客様都合による返金は不可です。
• 通信環境・端末不具合による映像・接続トラブルは返金対象外です。

04イベント内容（Event Highlights）

• スマートフォン配信ではなく、1920×1080 / 30fps の高画質映像をリアルタイム配信します。
• 会場には Netflix公式認証のシネマ級カメラを最大5台 設置しています。
• 通信環境や端末仕様により、画質は自動調整される場合があります。
• 必要に応じて複数カメラアングルの切替を行います。
• 本イベントは1:1リアルタイム形式で進行し、順番は 決済完了順 となります。

05録画に関して（Recording Policy）

• 録画データ・画像・音声の外部公開、SNS掲載、商用利用は禁止されています。
• 違反した場合、肖像権・著作権等の法令に基づき法的責任が発生する可能性があります。

06参加方法（How to Join）

• 購入時に メールアドレスを必ず入力 してください。（順番案内・接続リンク送信用）
• 事前に FANNOVA SYSTEM（ZOOM対応） の利用環境をご準備ください。ZOOMアプリのインストールが必要です。
• 安定したWi-Fi環境での参加を推奨します。
• 時間は自動カウントされ、終了後は自動退出となります。
• 通訳サービスは提供されません。
• 本イベントは先着順販売のため、早期終了する場合があります。
• 進行はイベント開始時間基準・決済完了順で行われます。
• 参加順（待機順）は 前日にメールでご案内 いたします。

07ビデオ特典会について（Video Benefit Event）

• 本特典会は FANNOVA SYSTEM（ZOOM対応） を使用した 1:1ビデオ通話 で実施されます。
• 事前にZOOMアプリのインストールおよびビデオ通話が可能な環境をご準備ください。
• ZOOM IDはご案内した順番番号＋注文時の英字名に設定してください。（例：1.RIKA）
• 通話時はイヤホン着用を推奨します。
• 屋外や騒音の多い環境では、ノイズフィルターにより会話が途切れる場合があります。
• 開始時間は当日の進行状況により前後する場合があります。
• 個別の時間指定はできません。
• 個人情報は本イベント運営目的のみに使用し、終了後速やかに破棄します。
• 特典会は 購入者本人のみ参加可能 です。
• 通話中に第三者が映り込んだ場合、即時強制終了となります。
• 過度な要求や進行妨害行為は禁止されています。
• 不正行為が確認された場合、通話は強制終了され今後のイベント参加制限が行われる場合があります。
• 招待後 3分以上応答がない場合は自動終了 となります。
• ネットワークエラー時は再接続を試みますが、2回以上応答がない場合は終了 となります。
• 進行順は 決済完了日時順 です。
• 🎵 音楽チャレンジを行いたい場合は、ZOOMのオーディオ設定でマイクモードを 「ノイズ除去（デフォルト）」ではなく「ミュージシャン向け原音」 に設定してください。スムーズな双方向コミュニケーションのために必須の設定です！

08VIP特典のご案内（VIP Benefits Notice）

• VIP特典は メールにて送付 されます。実物配送の特典が含まれる場合もございますので、お届け先住所・電話番号を正確にご記入 ください。
• VIPデジタル特典は、ファンミーティング終了後 2週間以内 にすべての発送が完了します。
• ⚠ メール受信ボックスの容量不足により、返送されるケースが多く発生しております。 必ず空き容量をご確認ください。
• VIP特典コンテンツは 個人保管用 であり、外部へのアップロードは禁止されています。
• 個人間での共有・売買・譲渡も固く禁じられています。

• 개인정보는 본 이벤트 운영 목적으로만 사용되며, 종료 후 즉시 파기됩니다.

08VIP 특전 안내 (VIP Benefits Notice)

01Participation & Ticket Information

• This fan meeting is prepared in limited quantities, and early sell-out is expected. Early purchase is highly recommended.
• A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction per person. Multiple purchases are allowed.
• The fan meeting will proceed sequentially according to individual schedules announced in advance.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• In case of early sell-out, additional sales will be announced after consultation with the artist's management company.
• Please be sure to check the detailed page for full information and reservation instructions.

02Ticket Price Information

• One ticket equals 60 seconds of 1:1 fan meeting.
• Up to 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction. (Multiple purchases allowed)
• Ticket Price: JPY 4,000 (per ticket). All major credit cards accepted worldwide.
• An additional site service fee of JPY 330 applies.
• Ticket Quantity: Limited to 30 tickets per member.

03Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available in the case of unilateral cancellation by the artist.
• Refunds due to personal reasons are not allowed.
• Technical issues caused by the participant's device or network are not refundable.

04Event Highlights

• The event will be streamed live in 1920×1080 / 30fps high-definition quality, not via smartphone.
• Up to five cinema-grade cameras officially certified by Netflix will be installed on-site.
• Video quality may be automatically adjusted depending on network conditions and device specs.
• Multiple camera angles may be used when necessary.
• This is a real-time 1:1 event; participation order is based on payment completion time.

05Recording Policy

• External sharing, SNS posting, or commercial use of recorded videos, images, or audio is strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in legal responsibility under portrait rights and copyright laws.

06How to Join

• Please enter a valid email address when purchasing (for order and access information).
• Please install the ZOOM app in advance. The event is held on FANNOVA SYSTEM (ZOOM-based).
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is strongly recommended.
• Time is automatically counted, and the session ends automatically when time expires.
• No interpretation service is provided.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out early.
• The event proceeds based on event start time and payment order.
• Participation order will be announced via email the day before the event.

07Video Benefit Event

• This video benefit event will be conducted via 1:1 video call on FANNOVA SYSTEM (ZOOM-based).
• Please prepare an environment suitable for video calls in advance.
• Your ZOOM ID must be set as your assigned order number + your English order name (Example: 1.RIKA).
• The use of earphones is recommended for better audio quality.
• Outdoor or noisy environments may cause interruptions due to noise filters.
• Start time may change depending on the event flow on the day.
• Individual time requests are not available.
• Personal information is used only for event operation and deleted immediately after the event.
• Only the purchaser themselves may participate.
• If a third party appears on screen, the call will be terminated immediately.
• Excessive requests or disruptive behavior are prohibited.
• In case of misconduct, the call may be terminated and future participation may be restricted.
• If there is no response for more than 3 minutes after invitation, the session ends automatically.
• In case of disconnection, reconnection will be attempted, but lack of response twice will result in termination.
• Participation order is based on payment completion time.
• 🎵 If you wish to do a song/music challenge during your session, please go to ZOOM audio settings and change the microphone mode from "Noise Suppression (Default)" to "Original Sound for Musicians" for smooth two-way communication!

08VIP Benefits Notice

• VIP benefits will be delivered via email. As some benefits may include physical items, please make sure to enter your address and phone number accurately.
• All VIP digital benefits will be sent within 2 weeks after the fan meeting ends.
• ⚠ Many emails are returned due to insufficient inbox storage. Please always check your email capacity in advance.
• VIP benefit content is for personal use only. Uploading to external platforms is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing or trading between individuals is also strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in a permanent ban from future fan meeting participation.
